These terms apply to all purchases made through findingjoy.com.au, operating as Finding Joy (ABN 22 657 108 897).

About the products: Each piece is originally, hand-painted or hand-lettered by me, either on paper or digitally, before becoming a card, print, or original piece. Where a product is a printed reproduction rather than an original piece, this will be stated in the product description. Small variations in colour, texture, or lettering are part of the handmade nature of the work, not a fault.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST, where applicable, as Finding Joy is registered for GST.

Custom orders: Custom and made-to-order pieces are created based on the details you provide at the time of order. Please check wording, spelling, and personalisation details carefully – I'll always confirm before starting a custom piece, but the final responsibility for accuracy of supplied details sits with you.

Intellectual property: All designs, artwork, and content on this site are original and remain the intellectual property of Finding Joy. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without my written permission.

Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, Finding Joy's liability for any issue with a product is limited to the remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (repair, replacement, or refund).

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
