Shipping policy

Processing time
Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order. Made-to-order and custom pieces take approximately 2–3 weeks to create before they ship – I'll always let you know if a piece will take longer than expected.

Where I ship
At this stage, Finding Joy ships within Australia and New Zealand. I'm hoping to open up international shipping in the future – if you're outside these regions and keen to order, feel free to email me at joy@findingjoy.com.au, and I'll see what I can do.

Shipping costs & delivery times
Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Standard delivery typically takes 2–8 business days depending on where you are located.

Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking as standard, so you'll always know where your piece is on its way to you.

Delays
Handmade work can occasionally take a little longer than expected – if anything's going to be delayed, I'll reach out and let you know rather than leave you wondering.
